When I listened to Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor recount her experience of having a stroke her insight and perspective on how we live our lives constantly in the left side of brain and not enjoying life pleasures more has really impacted me. Watch this 18 minute video and let me know your thoughts and how it impacted you. For me...I plan to walk tomorrow and enjoy the sunshine and the clear crisp air.

Don't worry about being fancy with it...what do you have passion about? What are you doing when you lose track of time? What kind of activity do you love having the opportunity to do?

After many requests I am finally offering my "Business of You" Seminar in a public forum. Over the last 4 years this seminar has only been delivered to corporations, women's networks or organizational forums.
